Refund Policy

Policy Overview

In accordance with guidelines prescribed by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for Research Analysts, the following refund policy shall apply:

• In the event a client expresses dissatisfaction with the services offered and requests a refund, such refund shall be limited strictly to the unexpired portion of the subscription.
• No refund shall be provided for the services already rendered.

Refund Calculation

The refund amount shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis, excluding:

• The duration of the service already utilized
• Statutory levies and taxes paid to government authorities
• Any payment gateway processing fees or administrative charges incurred

Trial Subscription

The amount paid towards the trial subscription shall be non-refundable, as this amount is collected for accessing limited services and initiating compliance documentation.

Refund Request Process

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@raistocks.com from the registered email ID or mobile number used during subscription.

Upon verification and eligibility confirmation, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days from the date of approval.

Rejection of Refund Requests

We reserve the right to reject any refund request if:

• The service has been fully delivered.
• The request is made after the subscription has expired.
